The company was contracted to manage and design security plans for all major public events in Northern Ireland including, the visit of HRH Queen Elisabeth II 2013, the Irish Open Golf 2017, MTV European Music Awards 2011, the Sports Personality of the Year Awards 2015, the G8 Summit 2013, Radio One Big Weekend 2014 and the Giro D’Italia 2014 to name a few.

The company designs extensive and complex crowd management plans for major events throughout Ireland the UK and abroad.  These have included One Direction concerts at Croke Park, Dublin; the London 2012 Concerts at Hyde Park, London; Exit Festival, Novi Sad, Serbia and most recently the 2017 Caribbean Premier League throughout the Caribbean Region.

VIP/ARTISTE SECURITY

Eventsec boast a team of highly trained and experienced SIA Close Protection Operatives who are regularly deployed to safeguard the safety and security of VIP’s, Corporate Clients and Artistes.  Personal Security Teams, Advance Teams and Touring Staff can be deployed at short notice and are trained to the highest standards to ensure confidentiality, security and an effective service.  Our client list is confidential but references are available on request.

TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT

Eventsec manage the parking needs of prestigious clients at various venues throughout Ireland.  It is vital to have an effective traffic management system in place at any event.

Eventsec are instrumental in developing the Traffic Management Plans for some of the largest events ever held in Ireland including the annual Royal Ulster Agricultural Society Balmoral Show, Portrush Airshow 2017, MTV EMA’s Belfast 2011 and the Tall Ships Atlantic Challenge 2009 & 2015.

VENUE SECURITY

EVENT SECURITY

Eventsec has managed the security and crowd management operation at some of the largest events ever held. These events have been attended by massive audiences such as 500,000 over the course of 3 days at the Tall Ships Atlantic Challenge Belfast 2009 & 2015 and viewed by worldwide audiences estimated to be in excess of 500million, including the MTV Europe Music Awards 2011, the G8 Summit and the Giro D’Italia 2014 & Tour De France 2014 cycle races.  Eventsec is retained by all major event organisers who value event safety and security as a core priority to the overall success of their event.

SPORTING EVENTS

The company acts as security consultants to the Irish Football Association, the Irish Rugby Football Union Ulster Branch, Down Royal Race Course, Cricket Ireland, Belfast City Marathon, The Giro D’Italia, the Belfast Giants Ice Hockey Team and the Caribbean Premier League.  The company has provided consultancy services in the Middle East, including FIA Formula One in Abu Dhabi and is presently advising on the Qatar 2022 World Cup.

FILM SECURITY

Eventsec provide highly skilled security for both Film and TV in Ireland. This type of security is unique and requires highly skilled staff. Eventsec have staff with a wealth of vast experience in this area which also includes our traffic management team which can offer road closures and cones for parking bays. Prestigious film and TV projects have included: Frankenstein, The Fall (BBC), The Lost City of Z, Morgan, The Journey, The Woman in White (BBC), Paula (BBC), The Lodge 2  (Disney), Joe All Alone (CBBC Kodiak Kids), Millie Inbetween (CBBC Kodiak Kids) and Trautmann (German Global).
